The Shintaro wireless headset is a versatile solution for contact centres, compatible with desk phones, mobiles and laptops. Easy to pair using the pairing mode, this headset has a mute feature on it's dock to toggle this function on and off (Note: The microphone mute only works for phone calls from cell phones and certain software on PC such as Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business). The dock has a ringtone function to alert you in incoming calls from the PC so you will not miss your important calls. The ringtone can also be turned off should you prefer. The headsets docking acts as it's charger and is wireless with a transmitter.
